Process for Change/ Update Address and Other Details
- This application form must be completed to be the initial applicant. Be sure to include proof of a change in address or other details.

If the applicants don't have evidence of a change in address, he will have to sign the form to the following individuals
- Gazetted Officer - Group A
- Village Panchayat Head, or Mukhiya
- Gazetted Officer - Group B
- MP/ MLA/ MLC/ Muncipal Councilor
- Tehsildar
- Head of Recognized Education Institution
- Superintendent/ Warden/ Matron/ Head Institution
- Recognized shelters/ Orphanages/ Shelters
- Officer EPFO

UIDAI permits customers of Aadhaar cardsto change their address without needing documentation. Aadhaar cardholders could alter their address in the event that they did not provide the proof of identity.
New Delhi: The Unique Identification Authority of India has temporarily suspended a vital service which permits you to alter the address of your Aadhaar card's address without proof of address.
UIDAI lets holders of Aadhaar cards to change their address without any documentation. Aadhaar cardholders are able to change their address, if they accept the authenticity of the address verifier. A verifier of address could be a relative, friend or landlord that allows the Aadhaar card user to utilize their address for proof.
UIDAI has now stopped this facility. UIDAI replied to an Aadhaar Card Holder by tweeting that the ability to update address on the Aadhaar Card by submitting an Address Validation Letter is no longer available. UIDAI has requested for the Aadhaar Issuers to inform the user of the possibility to update their address with another valid PoA document.

UIDAI provides the following documents on its website as POA documents (Proof of Address) documents that contain the name and address for Aadhaar cards
Passport
Statement/Passbook for Post Office Accounts
Driving license
Water Bill (not older that 3 months)
Telephone Landline Bill (not older that 3 months)
Bank Statements for Credit Cards (not older than 3 month).
A signed letter with a photograph from a official company registered on letterhead
Pensioner Card
Freedom Fighter Card
Kissan Passbook
Passport of Spouse
Parent's passport (in the event of minors)
Central/ State Govt. It issued an allotment order for accommodation. (Not longer than three years)
Bhamashah cards/Jan Aadhaar cards issued Governmentt. Rajasthan
Certificate issued by the Superintendentor Warden/ Matron/ Head Of Institution of shelter homes recognized by UIDAI orphanages. on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update
